queennurseyZm Assuming you had bought the gems through the EA App, (or through EA's services), I suggest contacting EA Support here: EA Help: Official Support
If you had bought the gems through Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, Google Play, or Apple, you would need to contact those companies instead as EA Support won't be able to see purchases made through other platforms.
