Loadign and compiling shaders every time starting the game

So I had this issue last update, I already disabled the shaders thing in nvidia. it did the trick

but since 2 days ago it started again.

loading and compiling shaders every time I start the game.

Also two days ago anotehr old bug came back - every time map rotate match doesn't load, it just get stuck on loading for few minutes, I have to hit cancel-ready few times till match connects.

it happened last patch too and was resolved by itself, now came back.

I did all the "lie" fixes you suggested last time and did nothing, like updating this and that and have no connection with the issue since it's the update itself as we know it.

Quick question, what troubleshooting did you try? @JoSlatermill

I had this problem after the last update. already had updated gpu driver, so I disabled and enabled the shader in nvidia control penal and it solved the issue.

I tried it again  this time but it didn't.

now every time I restart the game after pc restart it compile shaders allover again.

I also had another issue where every time map rotate and I try to log in a match, it just got stuck on loading (bottom left) and had to cancel-ready few times for about 2-3 minutes till it goews to matchmaking. that's every time a map rotates. every single time.

last time It kept going for weeks till sovled by itself it seems.  now it started again.

Its also worth noting that the loading for 2-3 minutes seems like a time factor. so if I wait those few minutes after map rotation and then try to start a match it will connect. its like every time a map rotates the game load some file for awhile.

Now since the last small patch a week ago I had both those issues again.

also my cpu usage is higher then before this last small update. from about 6.5/7.9 mb usually to about 7.4/7/9 mb.

all those 3 issues started right after the last small patch a week ago or so.
