I lost my lvl 400+, 3000 hour account.
Can anyone help me?
Tried to move from ps5 to pc......
I have tried to contact the helpdesk but they just close my case without reply...

Sorry to hear your progress was lost. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This would be why you lost progress if one platform was unlinked and moved to a different EA account.
We are not able to make any changes to the account on the forums, but if you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can help make sure the original accounts are re-linked.
If you had already opened a case, you can try resuming it from your case history page here to get in touch with support.
