Matchmaking list take forever 10- 20 mins

I had reported this same issue during the launch of Season 2. This issue still persists, and I have tried all the troubleshooting steps. Reinstalled the game, and even raised the complaint through the EA Help pages. 

The last response I got was I need to check the ports with my ISP. Even after opening all ports and manually selecting each required,  that I still have the same issue. 

Now I even tried a different ISP and the same issue. Just not able to join Matchmaking on Asian servers. Connected from India on Xbox One.

Can somebody please give me a solution to the matchmakeing problem 

I cant get into a single game since the 17th of april ,i use an xbox 1 

Having same problems taking forever to get into match with the slow queue

@EA_Atic yea it's taking forever for my game to get in as well, my region is [Dallas]30m although I don't live in Dallas and I don't know how to change

@EA_Atic  I am on PC in Jaipur, India and it takes more than 20 mins for matchmaking

I've been sitting for nearly 30 mins in the same state

I’m wondering if you guys are brand new and since there is level placement there may not be enough beginners to find a placement match. Same thing happens to high ranked preds. The lobby takes bricks 

Hey! Hope your issue is fixed already if not, please try changing the servers from game launch screen. You will find option in the bottom center. Try the first 3-4 servers from the list with lowest ping time.
