Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

My coins have not came back and this will be the second time I’ve lost money bc the game doesn’t give them to me. This is ridiculous lmao I play the game but still robs me. Come on man.
