missing apex coins
i bought a digital apex coins gift card via amazon and when I redeemed the code on the ea site, it said the code was redeemed successfully but my account never received the coins. its been more than 24 hours, please help.

This thread is almost a year old, so I'm going to lock it to prevent necro-posting. But if you haven't received Apex coins that you've bought, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team so they can take a look at this for you.
How can you reach them? I was incorrectly deducted 1000 coins yesterday and I'm freaking out.
