Missing apex items
I changed my EA account information because my account got hacked and then I logged in and all my apex cosmetics were gone like heirlooms and apex skins but I kept my level and some badges.

If you've unlinked platforms from your EA Account as part of changing your information, keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.
Unlinking these platforms can cause a loss of progress in Apex. If you've unlinked, you would need to try re-linking to the original EA Account to see if that content is restored.
If you run into any trouble with that process, please contact support directly so they can help make sure the account is secure and get the platforms linked back to the original EA Account.
