Missing diamond trails

Hi, I have hit diamond in 2 tiers in S23 but I don't have the diamond trials to chose. Please fix this.

Heya,
Dive trails are no longer a reward from playing ranked since Season 18, these won't be granted anymore.
The only dive trails that remain in the game, are the permanent dive trails from Season 2 and 3, and the dive trails associated with certain store items.
Hence why you did not receive a diamond dive trail after hitting Diamond twice in the previous season.
