Missing Legends

Question

When I opened the game (I have it through steam) the first time today, (I just started playing again today) I got a notification that I had recieved Conduit and loba, however upon going to my legend locked I didnt have them. I didnt care too much, as I was just starting to play again and didn't really remember what the legends I have did, let along what they did. However upon launching it a second time today, it said that I unlocked ash as well, and upon clicking off of the notification and checking in the legend locker, I also didn't receive her. I did some searching and found that to recieve gifts I need to have 2fa enabled. I figured maybe these unlocks were gifts from promotions or something so I enabled it, upon relaunching the game with it enabled I recieved ash this time, however I'm still missing the other 2.

actually, I think i remembered the order wrong, when i launched it the first time it said conduit ash and caustic, then the 2nd time I launched it, it was after I claimed a loba unlock in the free giveaway (I was really confused when I launched it through steam and it said I got loba, cuz I thought I had to have apex launched through epic to claim it) and then upon restarting I got ash unlocked, and this one I found the source as part of a Steam giveaway, some kind of event going on where she is free to claim right now
