I have this stuttering problem and it got worse when I got a new motherboard and CPU upgraded and noticed the stuttering a lot more. I have the Corsair Scimitar Pro mouse and I messed with the polling rate and tested it with the link you provided and got an average of 498hz on 1000hz polling rate on the iCue software. When I changed it to 500hz the stuttering went down a little bit, then changed to 250hz it went away completely. Now how I tested the stuttering is the Origin Launcher itself. I would move the window around and test if it stuttered. The mouse was causing so much stutter the launcher also stuttered it. Now how I can tell with just a window I have a 144hz monitor and I can tell the difference. So, all in all changing the polling rate indeed fix my problem. Thank you for that information it was driving me crazy! I have a i7 8700K, 16GB of RAM, and a 1060 6GB Video Card. I was so confused and thought it was my hardware and it wasn't the case at all.
