My Apex Game keeps crashing

After I started playing again recently (around 2-3 months ago) on my PC, the game keeps randomly crashing during games. No specific interval from what I can tell, but around every 3-4 games the game completely crashes and exits to desktop.

I've tried to reinstall, verify game install/integrity on Steam. Didn't work. Now I also tried to install it on EA and the same thing happens.

Because of this I'm pretty sure it's something to do with software/settings but I have no idea what. Is this something after recent updates? Or any other idea for what is causing this?
