My appeal case just gone from penalty history without any notice

I’ve tried submitting an appeal multiple times, but I believe my appeals aren’t being sent or received. I’ve checked the penalty and case history after submitting each appeal, but they just don’t appear in the records. I submitted an appeal about 14 days ago, and when I checked later, it was completely missing from the history. Then I make 2 days ago but same thing and so on.
