OOPS, Something went wrong, please try again later (100) apex legends

Something went wrong, please try again later (100) for Apex Legends. I tried uninstalling twice and I reopened and closed the app 40 times over. I am on PS4.

Change your DNS to google's DNS(primary:8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4 4) in your PS4

I have downloaded this game on my ps4. Opened it and got message “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later (100)” and after multiple (5 so far) reinstalls and resetting internet, restarting PlayStation. Still nothing changes. Same message everytime. Friends downloaded it on their ps4 and never had any issues. What the heck is going on????
