My kids were happily playing the game, however after coming off the game, it now does the same as your error 104 code, the account is a child’s account and I have no problems with my account (adult)
have tried contacting ea help via live chat earlier tonight and despite being in a queue no one got back to me. I’ve seen some people and EA advisors have said this could be because two people trying to play the game on same IP but that’s got to be BS... every game that I have had over the years including EA titles has worked with 2/3 people using same internet... I have three Xbox’s and never had this problem before, they have by the looks of it changed something as was working before.
1: account having error 104 is under thirteen.
2: Yes, using two/three consoles on the same network, wired and wireless have tried changing around. Also have tried just using the 1 console.
3.: have done all the troubleshooting I can regards resetting Xbox and router ect and restarting game and reinstalling it
