Looking through the diagnostics section in the file it looks like the Windows Network Diagnostic wizard is running into errors. This might point to an issue with some missing or corrupted system files, which could also be related to the error you've been seeing in Apex Legends.
When you have a chance can you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps at all? If there is something wrong with the system files that should be able to find it and repair it. For more info on how to run the tool check out the Microsoft Support website.
