Are you using Ethernet or WiFi?
If you're using WiFi, then it's recommended to use Ethernet.
It's also possible that your ISP is having some issues, try contacting and check up with them whether or not everything is okay.

lol, did u read my message ? i said: " i have best optical internet in slovakia "
this is problem on EA side. not on my. they did update new season 14 and after this i have packet loss every second game or third game. on all serrvers frankfurt 1,2, belgium 1,2 , amsterdam everywhere. this problem appeared after the update . coincidence? ofc not. I don't need to do anything. they must fix it. lol. not me. more people after update they have same problems.

Speed don't mean better internet or more stable just mean you have the ability to download fast. If everything is working at home and you don't want to troubleshoot the issue I recommend speaking to your ISP.
For most of the network issues, that we are seeing it's network hubs that you are getting routed to are having issues.
Inside the red box are potential server hubs that keep sending your data to the end destination and in this case our server. If one of those servers hubs has an issue with being overworked or cant handle the data it will reflect on your connection to us and in-game (bad ping, loss of connections, data loss and so on). This is outside of our domain and control as we don't control how your data get sent to us only that our system accepts it. This is why you will see me send players to their ISP to see if they can help out identify where or what network hub that are having issues.My great paint skills.

all my slovakia friends they have same problem like me. so we all should contact our ISP ? :-) we each have a different internet provider. it happens after the update. this is no coincidence. before update everything is fine, after update i should contact my ISP ? :D i have stable internet. best in slovakia (ORANGE provider) . all other games i play work normally. only in apex is packet loss. problem is not on my side...what should I do ? should I call my internet provider and tell him that I have packet loss only in the game apex legends? (after update) and let them fix it? :D:D ah............ this is sick...

Dude no offense but you are everywhere questioning the basic stuff people have done hundreds and hundreds of times. We aren't running this off free McDonalds WIFI and many of us have completely stable systems that are triple what is needed to run this game yet it crashes constantly. Whoever is left at respawn either doesn't care, or should be interning because this has gotten ridiculous. I have spent over a grand on a game I can hardly play due to their ineptitude. Where is the line where they take responsibility and actually invest in their product and give something back to us by fixing this pile of bad code?

11 weeks with packet loss .
i have been playing this game since the beginning (4 years). I never had a problem with packet loss. after the new season 14 update, I have 11 weeks of packet loss. coincidence? definitely not. I reported the problem here and they don't care at all. they just don't care about the players. the problem is not on my side. I have professional optical internet, the one I've always had. other games work normally, only in this game there is packet loss. I don't understand why it is still not fixed? can someone explain it to me?
