Try clearing your cache.

I'm still getting this error clearing my cache didn't help
I'm trying to get this fixed before season 6 please help

im not reinstalling the OS for their crap
also submitted a ticket...
ok, fixed mine... i was on the insider program OS updates... and had opted out of it... i turned it back on, and set it to beta build to get the newest version, it updated and now im working,.....
so you opted out and then restarted your computer?

 The fix is to just change your beta profile and restart your pc and update it :]
