They are Apex Season 4 "ready", so we might have some luck. I will report back tomorrow after playing.
I've also had multiple crashes to desktop with no error code. On the fifth one, my PC completely froze. My only option was to do a hard shutdown. On re-start, my PC was bricked. I had to re-install Win 10 and Apex. A couple games after the re-install, another crash to desktop. I'm running stock OC i7 8700k, 2080ti, 32GB RAM, 1TB NVME + 1 TB SSD, all files installed to C drive. I've had the same issue on a completely different PC with different GPU and drivers. Considering I've tried everything you can find in a google search, and I still have issues after a clean install of Win 10, Origin, and Apex, this has to be an issue with Apex. I had no issue on PC in season 2, and never had an issue on PS4 since launch. Re-spawn needs to figure out what they broke sometime in season 3, and fix it.

Yesterday it was unplayable, so i tried today.. First game i crashed after few mins of playing. Got banned for 10 mins.

Game is currently unplayable for me.

This game is stupid, Played 6 games last night with no issues, Then first game today it crashed.
Tried running no OC and still does the same thing, And why should i have to run stock as all my other games run fine!!!
Its unplayable at times. Like i said i will give them a week and then get my money back on the battlepass

I have same issue -- PC completely froze sometimes, no error, just a windows alert sound. Copy-paste my post from reddit here:
My game is crushing from time to time - game just freezes and then Windows' alert sound is played, after that I cannot do anything for 10 seconds and PC just rebooting. I saw in eventvwr that it is usually Event ID 41. I saw similar threas on EA forum and tried solutions from there, but seems that this issue came only with Season 4.Second bug to report - sometimes game launching and then freezes, and PC going to reboot. This happens not only on my PC, but also on my wife's PC.

- What platform are you playing on?
PC- Which skin you were using?
Doesn't matter, happening on different legends (Wraith Midnight, Bangalore White Wolf)- What were you doing leading up to the issue?
Just playing ranked/normal, happed 4 times- Can you reproduce it? What are the steps?
No, it happens randomly- PC players - provide hardware specs, OS version, and GPU driver version.
CPU Ryzen 5 3600, GPU RTX 2070S Gigabyte OC, Windows 10 1909, GPU Driver 442.19
Wife's PC: CPU Ryzen 5 3600, GPU 5700xt Sapphire Nitro+, Windows 10 1909, GPU Driver 20.1.3- Did your game crash? What error did you get? Please include "apex_crash.txt" from your "Documents" folder.
None found there- If possible, it’s great if you can capture the bug and submit that with your report.
There is Event ID 41 can be observed via eventvwr, no report in /documents
Update: I would also like to add that this started with Season 4, there were no issues for me and my pc before. - 6 years ago
Revisiting this thread to confirm that all of my crashes have disappeared now that I've had a chance to play quite a few games. The "fix" for me was to completely roll back my overclock, as many of you have also discovered. I'm hopeful that this is just temporary, as many of us have enjoyed Apex in previous seasons on the same overclocked systems without crashing.
It suggests to me that there is a fringe-case problem in the code, introduced in one of the recent patches, that only crops up on overclocked systems. Still no word from EA/Respawn on this, so I'm not sure what their attitude about the problem is.I think the best we can do is continue to report instances of this happening, including specs, and provide them with as much data as they need to identify and fix the bug.
- 6 years ago@VT41 it's not, this happened with season 3 as well. Considering it's still doing it I think i'll not buy any more passes. I'm not supporting these devs if they can't fix an issue that's plagued the game for a long time now.

i shall not be doing this, I would rather not play the crap game.
why should i have to adjust my PC for this 1 game? We SHOULD NOT HAVE TO!.
I adjusted my offset to -1 and it made it playable till today after the update and its done it twice again.
The developers are just bad and dont care as long as they get there money out of it

Here's an analysis of a crash dump on Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.7, GTX 1080ti, Memory 2666Mhz XMP 24 GB. Game just closed with no error and no apex_crash.txt, but there was a dmp file.

@ekze Interesting, thanks for sharing! You're the first person using an AMD processor that I've seen report this issue, but after looking over your crash log, it's bailing with the same 0xC00000005 Access Violation code. I've noticed that several of the big streamers have had crashing problems lately too (Shroud, Skadoodle, and Dizzy specifically). Maybe that will draw some attention to this problem now.

What I've done for now is: lower clock by 100mhz to 3.6, disabled smt and xmp. Tried upping vcore voltage by 0.05, but temperature under load was 11 degrees higher (73C vs 62C), so i returned voltages to default value (auto). Will update if there are any more crashes.
BTW, Tried running this test https://www.ocbase.com/ OCCT in AVX2 mode for 5 minutes - no issues.
- 6 years ago@ekze so basically this is the same error i am and many others are fighting against (Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)).
We, users, can only do as much and decrease the chances of this error occurring by lowering game graphics quality or conducting voodoo rituals with drivers. The problem needs to be addressed at the core of the game itself *cough*developers*cough*.
Don't mess up your PC just because a bunch of trained monkeys can't code ;-) - 6 years ago
May have found a temp fix, had to revert back to a very old driver, 431.86. Havn't had a crash after gaming for 3 days, use to get 3 a night.

Ended up downloading the studio drivers for 442.19 and no crashes yet!
