Comeback pass issue

It cant be that i didint got on both accounts a comeback pass!!!! i went in i pressed check the comeback pass and it logged me out of the game and i had to downlaod the shaddee again after i went in the comeback pass full disapeared! Trying to contact the support team is very painfull. GJ EA
