PC ban affects console after Cross Progression

Hi, i only play on Playstation. Yesterday the cross progression popped up and it linked with a Steam Account that was played exactly 1 time on in January 2022 and has a ban on it with the date "Oct 28th 2023"

I was able to log into my PlayStation account afterwards but then i noticed I didnt find any game. Matchmaking is stuck on1-6 players in Queue.

I thought it was a temporarily thing but until today i still cant get into any game.

But thats not all. Few times it did connect me to a match when i picked GunRun (after a veryy long time/hours) and there were only PC players! (I repeat I'm on PlayStation) and most of them had chinese/japanese/korean letters.

So let me sum this up:

After Cross Progression with a banned steam account my PlayStation account got rendered useless.  I am unable to get into any game (Trios, Duos) and the very few i did manage were all PC players from a total different region.

Update Dec 3th 2023 : It is now conformed that Console accounts indeed get affected by cross progression with a banned Steam account since a players Steam Ban got lifted and afterwards their console account started working again properly.

Update Dec 6th 2023:  The Glitch has been eliminated ,it was more of a technical problem, not anything with the account(s) from player side.

    Please try logging back in on console when you get a chance and let me know if you're still running into trouble from that point.

    Same here. Havent played Apex for a long time. Today ive found out i got acked 27/oct/2023 and linked to a random twitch account

    Also having this problem. Downloaded the game after not playing for multiple years, since 2021 to be exact. Got a ban on 27th Oct 2023 without any reason. Are they still looking into this issue or have they stopped completely?

    Hey guys, I’m having exact same problem ban on 27th October at 10pm with no reason… I posted here earlier but seems like a mod removed it ? Which is strange

    Hey @ethxnFR,

    You have multiple posts about the same issue in multiple threads, so duplicates may have been removed. 

    The original issue this thread was created for has been resolved, so anyone encountering this will need to get in touch with the Terms of Service team at this point.

    They are aware of the situation and will be able to differentiate between those affected by this issue and bans or suspensions taking place for a different reason.

    This is not something we're able to review or change here on the forums so anyone encountering this would need to get in touch with the ToS team using the link below.

    We cannot change their decision if they've reviewed a case multiple times and declined to remove the ban, even if it was this date.
