So I remember strongly that I had got heirloom shards through free packs then I bought the octane prototype heirloom , though I don't remember the exact date or period when this was maybe a year back . Then I had stopped playing around season 23 , now I reinstalled I don't see My heirloom
Gosteverydaymerz Did you log into the correct EA Account, (and if playing on a platform account, did you keep your accounts linked?)
I'm asking because your Apex progress and data is stored on the EA Account, so if you are not playing on the same EA Account or you had unlinked your platform account, that account wouldn't have access to your Octane Heirloom.
Note: Unlinking platform accounts can cause a loss of some, (or all), of your Apex progress and data.
I did login to the correct account (I only have 1 account) , and I didn't unlink platform account as well , I don't know what else might cause this missing .

I'm asking because when Cross Progression was introduced, (if I remember correctly), it had excluded inactive accounts.
Furthermore, if your account was ever banned before Cross Progression had became available for your account, (which Cross Progression was rolled out to players between October of 2023 to around April of 2024), it would of been excluded as well.

So in this case, I'm not entirely sure, so it sounds like EA/Respawn would need to look into the account themselves.
