Problem processing game logic sh_items.gnut #773 on ps4

The game keeps saying there was a problem processing game logic on the ps4.

I kept trying to get in the game and sometimes it works but it takes a lot of retries to get in.

Everytime i get the screen it says the same but i have no idea how to fix it.

Text on screen is as followed:

sh_items.gnut #773

[UI] Index ''49'' is beyond array size of 0

Anyone that can help me fix this or know what the problem is?

I got a tip off of reddit, (I tried and it works) you go into your PS4 settings> storage> then delete the save data for Apex Legends, PSA it DOESNT delete your progress it only changes your button layout etc back to default so maybe take a pic of your settings before doing this but so far it’s worked well for me and I tried more than once!

@CharonneF 4hours ago i restarted my ps4 and it worked right away, now i must have tried 20 times with the same error. 😒 i even tried joining another friend and nothing. finally i went into the ps4 setting: system settings and activated boost mode on my ps4 pro and i got in, i kinda feel like it was a fluke and i just had to keep trying but if that helps let me know.

@ZepherusMaximus I was trying for over an hour to get in today and got to the point that i deleted the game and i'm redownloading it haha. I will definitely try you solution if it starts doing it again! Thank you!

Error code popped after experiencing 30-40% packet loss. My network is solid with zero% packet loss. Who was the first day that I've been having issues with packet loss on the servers this is Virginia server number one. And it only occurs in Apex Legends connections it doesn't occur in any other internet connections for the system on a PlayStation 4 I'll include the full error code in the picture file. I would like to find a solution to this issue. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it

From season 7 and today , i have problems with launching my favorite game,u can see that i playing Apex more time than other games ahah.
I have too much errors when i launching the game:code net,servers not found and more
