Problem with case

I have problem with ea help recently i decided to contact support about lost progress in apex legends and the problem is when i enter in my cases is shows green box with text "waiting for player" ...

    Are you able to resume your case or add an additional reply from your case history page here

    It looks like the team had sent out some general information that can help in similar situations and had just asked to let them know if that didn't solve things, which is why it's waiting on you for a follow-up if needed.

    As far as missing Apex progress, keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. 

    If you've ever unlinked an account, you would need to re-link to that same EA account to try restoring any missing progress. If you have any issues re-linking an account please reach back out to support with a new case rather than trying to resume the one above so they can help get your platform account back to its original EA account.
