It's not about deleting c++.. It's about replacing it with one that works for Origin and Apex.. Origin included c++ 2010, 2013 and 2015 and these ones worked for me to start the game..
Right when I made the post, internet trolls started posting without any clue weather or not it works..
I wasnt able to play Fortnite either without it crashing to desktop and now it is fixed.
Yes they are right about the risks because if you dont have Visual C++ 2017 some applications might not run.. SOME.. Apex has been out a week and still relying on older redistributable..
Anyway hope your problem gets fixed

Your post said "if your game is not starting"
My game start, I can play few games, but after some time, it crashes with this message
I can't be sure that your solution for another problem will solve mine :/
