I had been waiting to get in from not being permitted to play online and when I got back in my rank was fully reset to rookie.

I'm in the same boat! I was plat 3 now I'm reset to rookie 4
waited an hr to play and now my rank was rest from diamond 4 800 sum points in to rookie 4 what is going on
I'm in the same boat. I kept having an error message that said "unable to connect to EA servers". I reinstalled my game and was able to load in, but my rank was reset to Rookie 4.
Same here, I was reset from plat 1 to rookie 4. I tried playing a quick play and a ranked match solo to try and fix it, and nothing. Exited and uninstalled. Never playing again.
