ranked cheaters matchmaking

I reached 3 diamonds playing solo I do not have a team to play together. Starting with 3 diamonds you have one lobby with predators and crooks. Playing alone I face the guys from the pay to the team, while the enemies from top 500 predators and crooks, 
i am willing to wait half an hour but give me a teammate or predator or cheat but not platinum 4 and gold 
I understand that many predatory games are played together, 
but this is not a reason to throw lonely diamonds against them and do something with scammers, there may be more than 5 of them per game
