Freezing when to many physics objects on screen.
I have an issue where I can load into a game of apex or run around in the firing range, but the second I launch an evac tower, or throw a few grenades or thermites, and the game will just freeze without giving me an error code. The freeze will continuously play the audio that had gone off prior, and will not automatically recover, so I have to shut down apex in the task manager. This will also happen when loading into a match, or sometimes in a match if something happens that triggers it.
I have tried a few things to resolve it:
- Messing with in game settings all on all low and messing with the vram limit
- No change to when/ how it crashes.
- Rolling back drivers
- I had thought at one point this had fixed it, but this did not.
- Running only apex and no other programs
- No change, I went in and stopped discord and all razer programs so as to eliminate issues here.
- Verifying game files
- No change in freeze
- A clean install of the game
- This will actually fix the issue for so long as I am playing in the current session, but when I shutoff my computer for the night, it will crash again.
Additional Information:
Furmark stress test works just fine, and so do other games.
I have attached a Video of part of the problem, though I did experience a new glitch in that one, where when I joined firing range there was another person not on my friends list in there. Not the main issue I am having though.
