Hello support, its been months, recently deployed and am about to head home soon.
I'm extremely excited to play Apex again. Unfortunately, just now, I just discovered the heirloom shards I've been saving is gone. I haven't checked but I would love to know if there's anyway to check.

I got them last year during the 100-pack blood moon sales.

This is extremely disheartening, really excited about the new heirlooms game modes.

Honestly speaking, things aren't looking really well -and this feels like a final straw for me. Everything sucks and I just want play my game in peace, I just need a small break. Please help me.

Hey cemndiola,
Glad to hear you're about to be on your way home and are looking to jump back in! If you haven't played since sometime last year there have been a decent number of changes for sure, so feel free to brush up on the recent patch notes and matchmaking blog here.
As far as your heirlooms go, we can really just see those on the account currently and the details may be somewhat limited for something from last year.
It does look before the mythic skin you just got today, the last heirloom was a universal heirloom back in October, preceded by Bang's heirloom in August. Then one more heirloom from back in 2023, but if you had the shards last year they would have been spent on one of those other three.
Hopefully that gives you a bit more to check for when you're back getting your loadouts set up!
