Stuck on 1 player queue

My account was blocked recently and I got the ban overturned after I recovered it from being hacked. Now I can’t go into an actual game I see all my items and everything else I can navigate through the lobby and join friends but it will not let me in a game. Is there any fixes for this I’ve already tried support they haven’t helped me.
