Hey @light59373 When you have a moment can you try going through the following steps?
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open your PS5 NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
Clear your PS4/PS5's cache:
- Press and hold the PlayStation button on your controller.
- Select "Turn Off PS".
- Let the PlayStation fully power down and wait for 30-60 seconds.
- Restart the PlayStation.
@EA_Illium I am having the same problems, it is definitely a server issue and hitting a broad range of people. I do not think troubleshooting will work, it is day 6 of many, many people on different platforms with the same problem. Hopefully we get compensated in some way or all of that progression will hopefully show up when this is patched. Please get it done before the end of the season, I cannot access store or use codes.
