When you've got the chance could you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

  • @EA_Kent i think i fixed it😅i just reset/renew my network using command prompt and done. Can play like usual.

    my wifi lost again after a week. even after what i did before, it still happen. this occur right after the latest update. 😅

    Thanks for following up! I merged your recent posts into your original thread. 

    What happens if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? You can find more info on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help Website. Once you've had the chance to give it a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks again. 

  • @EA_Kent still same, wifi lost after 5 minutes. i tried in firing range only. if my wifi does not disconnect then i proceed to try in pubs. i also try install on steam and yes the problem is apex itself.

    It keeps happening after that even when you're no longer grouped up with your friend? 

  • @EA_Kent i just trying to do what i did last time (renew connection on cmd) but still happen and then after few days I try play and it fixed itself.

  • @EA_Kent after a few days, the problem came back today 😅. I didnt touch the settings or do anything and the problem still occur.

    Have you checked to see if there might be any firmware updates for your router/modem?

    It really depends on your hardware and ISP. If you're not sure how to check it might be best to reach out to your internet provider to see if they can help out with that.
