Same issues as the guys directly above on my end... i want to login to my main account before the new event ends :/

Still is not working tried all of the above including gamer pic reset

I too am experiencing this. I have done everything troubleshooting wise. created a test account a that works. I would really like to be able to get on my main account. I have the most games play on xbox....

This is most likely related to the ongoing issue that is being investigated. There are many accounts not able to log in after the Season 8 update. We're trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.

pls see into this guys even mine is not working due to this issue I changed gamerpic changed mac address reinstalled the game thrice still it isn't working pls help guys

sorry for  bothering you  but is the issue fixed actually I'm very eager to play the exams and my gold subscription is active as well pls advise me what to do I had  lot of progress in my main account 

@EA_Aljo Any news on this issue. I don't want to miss out on the event due to this and its been like two weeks man
