You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @Ekser02 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Tried everything, i have a feeling a worker there of some sort (we all know what kind) sees Andrew Tate as a hateful conduct, which makes no sense but hey what can i do about it.

    Seems like they dont want to give me a further explanation for the ban (check clipped file) 

    This all just seems really strange to me

    @Ekser02 

    I am sorry to hear what happened to your account.

    Please note that the use of Andrew Tate as an in game name and or using that name in chat has lead to players getting suspensions or bans in the past (for at least the past year).

    This info is readily found all over the net.

    Using that persons image as an avatar was risky and well as soon as your suspension is lifted I would change it immediatly.

    As @EA_Darko mentioned we can not assist you with account issues here on the forum, for that please use the suggested contacts or links that Darko mentioned.

    If our TOS team has denied your appeals @Ekser02 then there is nothing we can do to change this.
