Have you and your friends added each other to your EA friends list as well? They won't show up if they're only on your Xbox friends list.
Take a look at the gifting guide here to make sure each of those steps has been followed!
What did we do when all the instructions have been followed and there is no where to contact anyone about this issue. They hid a reactive skin behind this gifting bs that’s busted. So dumb
Community ManagerIf you've gone through all the steps and are still seeing that Login Verification isn't enabled, preventing you from gifting, we're currently investigating that situation.

Is this something we can expect will be fixed before the end when the reactive and wraith skin are available? I’m grinding out the challenges but I can’t claim it until I’m allowed to gift and it’s not that I can’t find my friends - it’s that it says I need to do a login verification and is stuck in that loop
I’m having the same problem on PlayStation. I’m well over level 10, I have login verification turned on, I’ve been friends with these people in-game for a couple years now, and haven’t been able to give a single gift so far. I really hope this is fixed in time for the Breakout challenge to be completed!
PLAYSTATION as well and am disappointed (again) on how poorly they implemented this.
Biggest problem is this is for a great skin and is impossible to get now.
Why are there SO MANY hoops on fire we have to jump through for it when it should've been made as simple as selecting a friend to gift instead of all this cumbersome links and accounts...and what if we don't have 6 friends linked in their special way?...this is a single player game.
Massive failure on their foresight and zero testing before deployment = failure.
the whole thing sucks. But you know… “they’re working on it”. Wanna bet we don’t get the skin?
