What type of controller are you using? Also, do you have any other USB devices connected to your PC besides your mouse, keyboard, and controller? If so, can you try disconnecting any other devices to test and see if that helps?

I use a wired controller works with every game but no doesn’t work with apex
Community ManagerHave you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that helps at all? If there's anything else running on the PC that could be preventing Apex Legends from recognizing the controller that may help get around it.
