Re: Given wrong info on exotic shards

@Stay-Quieto Sadly, the Exotic Shards aren't refundable.

Also, a few important things to note:

- Certain countries, (such as Japan), requires Apex Coins and Exotic Shards to expire after 180 days, so check your wallet in-game, (its in the top right while in the lobby), and check if it says when the Exotic Shards would expire, and be sure to spend them before then. If it doesn't say anything about them expiring, then there's no worry there. (I'm mentioning this so you're not caught off guard by it).

- From my understanding, the Raptor's Claw won't be added to the Mythic Store until after the event is over, (which should be in Season 24). When its added, it does sadly require you to use Heirloom Shards to unlock the base version first. (It should of also had said it required the base version when viewing its second or alternate forms in the Mythic Store, with the base being currently unlockable through the event).

So what can you do?

- Assuming your Exotic Shards aren't set to expire, you can wait for when the event ends, and use your Heirloom Shards to unlock the base version. Afterwards, you can then upgrade the Raptor's Claw or pick out another style using the Exotic Shards. (If you don't have any Heirloom Shards, that would be something to get from packs, which I know is a nightmare).

-If your Exotic Shards are set to expire, you may not be able to get the Raptor's Claw unlocked in time. In this case, what you could do is to try to obtain Heirloom Shards, (if you don't have any already), and wait out the time a bit. If the event had ended by then, (and you have Heirloom Shards), you can get the Raptor's Claw. If the event is still on-going, (or it had ended, but you don't have Heirloom Shards), you should consider using the Exotic Shards on something else, (if you can), so its not wasted.

Okay, thanks I just was mad that I spent it on something and didn't realize I needed to open 500 packs to actually be able to use it.
