@yaab1221 If you have any of the games on this list you can use that to find the linked account: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game/

Usually you'll share the email address between your console account and the ea account. 


If you're struggling to find the right account, you can log into Origin, then go to the profile page, then Edit on EA.com. On this next page you should be able to see any linked accounts.

    I have the same problem. Even relinked the account twice. Still no change. I can see that I am linked to EA on Twitch, but when I check my EA Customer Portal I have no connected accounts? (I am pretty sure I did all right, got email with my security code that I had to use and everything...)

    any update to this, still having the same issue on xbox. Never get any of my claimed loot.

    None of this helped I Apprently don’t have any linked accounts wasted money on prime should done the free trial and have never got the skins. The link given wasn’t helpful, there nothing to show or tell you to link a account.

    I'm having this same problem more than a year later and none of what you said is particularly clear, im trying to see what ea account is connected to my apex so I can link my twitch to it but there doesn't see to be any way to even do that. Any detailed and specific instruction would be nice.
