Insane GPU usage even at low settings with high end computer

im stuck at 97% gpu usage even at everything at low , changing settings doesnt seems to do any differences. *UPDATED  this might even break your gpu this is a serious issue specs 1080 ti i7-7700...

Same here,

I think it's because of that my screen went black with FAN 100% and reboot...

2080Ti... (was at 80° last time I check before crash)

Maybe we are mining ethereum or bitcoin without knowing
