- Empyw7 years agoNot applicableBump. Anyone to update if the issue persists after the patch? I haven't had the chance to try it yet.
- Empyw7 years agoNot applicableBump. Just tried it on the new patch, no change. Waiting new updates.

Bro can you post a Msconfig and Dxdiag.. Maybe some of the staff will notice it.. maybe a screen video of what is happening too so we can see what happens

I went back to the main topic for this error:
-Have you tried resetting the hosts file?
https://support.microsoft.com/nl-nl/help/972034/how-to-reset-the-hosts-file-back-to-the-default
-A post i found:
"My fix was to change data center.
When on the loading screen (with white circle) for the second time, hit ESC and click on "data Center" at the bottom in the middle.
Choose any data center that gives good ping (Avoid -1).
This fixed all the loading problems for me."
-Make a new origin account
-If you have steam try and prevent if from running on windows start
-update latest windows patches
-clicking update on apex in origin then immediately repair apex
-Another comment i found:
STEP 1: ALT+F4 the game.
STEP 2: Log out of Origin and close it.
STEP 3: Launch Origin and login (not autologin)
STEP 4: LAUNCH GAME.
-Check this video:
https://youtu.be/K8ayXXXUFL8
-Another comment:
Navigate to this folder
(Your main OS drive, probably C):\Users\(Your PC's user profile)\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local
DELETE THE TEXT FILE CALLED 'previousgamestate'
-Another comment:
4. Deleted my C:\Users\YourName\Saved Games\Respawn folder, navigated to my exe file in my Program Files folder and run as Admin: Worked
- Try -quickstart command in game properties
- Run cmd prompt as administrator and enter sfc /scannow (wait for it to finish then restart pc clean reboot)
-Disable cloud storage in origin (make sure to revert if it doesnt work)
-If you feel comfortable removing visual c++ libraries remove all of them, restart pc clean reboot then start adding them one by one 2010/2012/2013/2017 in both x64/x86 latest update from microsoft website
-Try increasing available virtual memory on your drives
Good luck - Empyw7 years agoNot applicable
I tried each and every proposition from that list again.
Nothing helped.
Have in mind I did clean OS installation.
Probably something hardware related is not supported here.
I will be waiting for patches or updates or staff commenting here.
I will post when I try something.
Thanks again.

I want to tell you something.
I am very grateful for your help. You have tried to help me beyond anything and you have put so much effort into trying to find a solution for me.
I am very grateful for this indeed. That is awesome and I cannot show my appreciation as much as I'd love to. I didn't believe someone would have such an urge to help other people
and this is all for admiration which you deserve.
I want you to let me continue bumping this thread now until an EA representative tries to jump in for the conversation.
I think I took enough of your time and I don't want to keep taking from your time.
If an EA representative decides to jump in, I'd gladly do anything to help resolve the issue
Thank you again, you have been awesome.
I will keep bumping this thread every day.
- Konform1037 years agoNot applicableOne quick thing.. Can you click on accessibilty option when you are in the infinite loading screen?
- Empyw7 years agoNot applicableNo. I get into the game, the intro happens and then it starts spinning the circle. I never get any options. I don't reach Data Center or Accessibility.
- Konform1037 years agoNot applicableToday i download this app called currports.. I wanted to see which ip adresses apex is connecting to.. I find out apex is using amazon cloud services.. Mostly i wanted to find out if switching server (Data Center option) manually actually does something.. I find out it doesnt store that setting.. If you reset the game it just automatically selects whatever server i dont know the criteria.. I also dont know if it actually goes to the server after you click on it and enter the game..
https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html - Empyw7 years agoNot applicable
Yes, I see this too, but I don't think there is a file somewhere to change the server outside of the game.
- Empyw7 years agoNot applicableI also saw this using Wireshark
- Konform1037 years agoNot applicableI'm reading some of the fornite loading screen problems.. One of them is about closing all nvidia related processes in the task manager..
Btw i cannot find Nvidia Quadro M2400 on google, did u make a typo or ? - Empyw7 years agoNot applicableYes, sorry. It is Quadro M2200
- Konform1037 years agoNot applicableThere's a new nvidia driver since yesterday.. Also your quadro card has 2 types of drivers ode/qnf.. I never owned a quadro but now i know even my 1050ti has 2 drivers standard/dch.. Here is a reddit post:
https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/94tzo0/ode_or_qnf_drivers_nvidia_nvs4200m/
If yu still got some energy left for this game try the new driver from yesterday.. maybe try and ddu and try the new feature driver..
Have a nice day🙂
Btw it's a bit weird suggesting driver issue when it seems you have a connectivty thing going on.. Can you run other high end games on that graphics card? My 1050ti has 15k samples and the quadro only has 200.. I'm not an wizzard on the subject even though performance of the cards is roughly the same in horse power - Empyw7 years agoNot applicableI have two graphic cards on this PC, on both cards the problem persists, so the root cause is not GPU. It is connectivity.
- Konform1037 years agoNot applicableHere are the ports of apex:
TCP:80, 443, 9960-9969, 1024-1124, 3216, 18000, 18120, 18060, 27900, 28910, 29900
UDP:1024-1124, 18000, 29900, 37000-40000
Have you tried taking your laptop elsewhere maybe another free wifi place to check if that works - Empyw7 years agoNot applicableI tried wireless connection to our router (2 other roommates connected to apex this way), I tried wired to the same router and I tried mobile hotspot network from my smartphone. None of them helped.
I was thinking lately about CPU incompatability? But my CPU has both SSE 4.1 and SSE 3 support so I don't know about that... I posted my CPU on page 1 too - Empyw7 years agoNot applicableAnd another day, another bump.
