I have tried opening up all sorts of ports, checking parental settings on the PS4, the mobile hot spot and even downloaded the Origin Client on my PC to see if I could link to my PSN from there. However, no luck yet.

I’m having the same problem. What I did was I went online and went to the EA site and then went to log in. Before I log in there are two little small buttons on the bottom that say PSN or Xbox live. I clicked the PSN since I’m on the PS4. Then I log into my PS4 account and still nothing.
