@CalebizGaming press esc, go to settings and under "Weapons & Abilities" in MOUSE/KEYBOARD you have to assign a key to "Cycle Weapon". Then you just have to use it and it will be completed.

I don't know if you figured this out yet but go to video and set those to default, then go to controller settings and also select default, right after I did this it seemed to fix the problem
