Were you able to try any of the steps mentioned earlier in this thread to see if that helps? 

If you're still getting the same error after that, can you try resetting the password on your EA Account to see if that makes a difference? Sometimes that can do the trick with errors like this. 

You can find more info on how to reset the password at the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you can. Thanks!
