I fixed it:
You have to clear your MAC address for anyone else encountering this issue.
Settings> Network> Network settings > Advanced > Clear MAC address.
Restart your Xbox when prompted.

This is the biggest cap ive literally ever seen I've reset my mac address 3 times
Doesn't work.
This thread has been around on the forum for 7 months and they still haven’t fixed it, so I don’t think they plan to do so sadly as this is a huge problem still.
