I got some advice for you since you upgraded to win 10.

Be sure to update your core drivers to improve stability, usually upgraded win10 users run into stability issues and blame win10 because they have not installed the win10 drivers for there system.

Also when going throught the disk cleanup part if you tick the "old windows files" it will remove the win 7 part of your system that is backed up.

This is of course, if you wish to remove the back up.

Keep in mind these old windows files can take up a large amount of space and cleaning it will take time.

This may not fix the problem you currently have (solution 2 looks good to me >u>)

But it can improve the stability of your system in the long run.
