@SnappierSoap318Check this out. Another user had a similar problem and turns out it was a conflict with Wattman and Afterburner... But you didn't have Afterburner installed before, did you?

@kurozawa6 no i dont have Afterburner installed, but i have set my power limit to +50 inside Wattman.
