Community AdminHello, I am having issues were Apex is continuously freezing and disconnecting me from its servers while I’m in the game. Every single time Apex disconnect me from the servers it’s giving me in a Bandan game play penalty and I’m losing RP for something that’s not my fault. I’ve lost over 200 RPM because of this issue. I don’t know why Apex is no longer recognizing when I’m getting kicked out of the game and being disconnected. Before that didn’t happen but now all of a sudden I’m getting penalties and I’m being penalized by losing RP for some thing that’s happening with your guises servers. This has been happening nonstop multiple times since this new season launched. I would like this. I would like all my RP to get given back to me Is there something that’s possible?
