Severe connection issues on pc battle royale servers

I'm having the same issue, i'm connected to the nearest data center and it states 30-40 ms but during battle royale i'm having 150-200 ms. I'm currently using wired connection and my ping is still the same. I recommend you guys to have a look on this situation cause a lot of people are having the same issue and there's no fix.

We're continuing to look into these issues, but we can't rule out anything on your end that might be contributing to lag/disconnects without going through troubleshooting. Let me know if you'd like to do that. Thank you.
