Severe packet loss (BR Only) please read!!

Upgraded PC to Ryzen 9 9800 x3d, Asus tuf gaming x870, corsair ddr5 6000, msi 2080. since upgrade Apex BR modes have been unplayable. The TDM / Gun game modes work just fine. when i launch into a BR mode i get 50+ Loss until there are about 6 teams left (>20 players or so). thought it was ISP but recently switched from Optimum cable to AT&T Fiber and same problem persists. all speed tests and continuous pings to 8.8.8.8 have been steady while the problem exists. already manually set DNS to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4. tried not running EXPO for ram both ways problem persist. set Apex and EAC to both launch as admin, problem persists. none of this makes sense, Only a problem in BR modes, and only while more than 20 players are alive. after less than 20 players i get 0 / 0 loss and everything is fine. please help EA.
