I found a solution for this problem - go ahead and try this fix. You need to create your own autoexec.cfg file and put it in the cfg folder which you can find in the Apex main folder. You need to have the following line in your autoexec - "miles_channels 2". Additionally - you need to have +exec autoexec line in your advanced launch options for the game. Try it - it fixed my problem and now my sound is back to normal.

TY;-) that worked for me
- Does someone have new informations ? My sound is very tinny and quiet. It also says 7.1 Surround Sound in my settings. I have a 7.1 Surround Sound headset but still. Things dont work
