i have the same problem. game doesnt even shows the respwan animation . just the screen whit apex poster.
i though i fixed whit reset license and use google dns but nope. pls fix this. even removed the game and reinstall it.
I'm having the exact same issues. Doesn't even start to load. Just the very first screen it sits on.
Community ManagerAre you able to connect if you reboot the network and change the data center? The option to change the data center should show up after a couple minutes.

I'm not even making it to the loading screen. I get stuck on the very first screen. No load symbol. Just the image of wraith in the front and bloodhound on the left. It could take 10+ mins to eventually go to the respawn page if it even does. One thing I've found that usually works is to do a full restart on my PS4. I've restarted my network and also deleted and reinstalled the game itself. Not sure what else there is to do. I guess I can try to switch regions once I get into the game next time.
